Q: When will my order be ready to collect?

Order before 4pm Mon-Fri and pick-up from our easy to find
collection point. Your order will be ready within 1 hour.

Q: Where do I collect from?

We have a clearly signed "Collection Point" situated at the front
of the building. Ample customer parking is available.
Here to help: If you are collecting heavy or bulky items our staff
will be happy to load your vehicle for you.

Q: What ID will I need to bring with me?

You will be asked for sight of the order email confirmation and
a valid form of ID. This is either a UK driving licence or a
passport. Someone else can collect your goods, as long as they
show the original email confirmation and a valid form of ID.
Please note: Guest customers will also have to show the

We will hold your order for 5 days. After this, all orders will be
refunded to the original card or account used for purchasing.
